Orders and Shipping

Our standard shipping time is 5-7 business days. This does not include Luna Bella. Please see the Luna Bella shipping times here.

 Orders can take 1 – 2 business days to process. If order is placed outside of business hours. We will ship the following day. 

The 5 – 7 business days does not include the processing time, only the time you can expect it to take once it’s shipped from the supplier’s warehouse.

Once your order is placed, we may be able to change the shipping address before shipment. Please Contact us and we will work to make the changes needed. If the package has already been shipped, we are not able to change the shipping address. 

You should receive a tracking number in 24 – 48 hours after your item ships. If there is any delay, you will be notified by email. Please let us know if you have any questions about your order by using our Contact Us page.

We will not keep your credit card information on file.

We charge sales tax for purchase made in and shipped to Ohio.

We currently only ship with in the United States.

We ship directly from the manufacturer. The items may be located in different warehouses. They may arrive separately.

Our normal return policy is 30 days from date of purchase. There are some brands that may differ from this policy. We will notify you on the product page if the return policy is different for that item.

Please notify us immediately. While the order is processing it may be possible to change the address. After the shipment is in route, the process may be more difficult. Please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Once the order has been processed, we will not be able to cancel the shipment. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
