Our approximate lead-time for lamps is 6 – 10 weeks. Chandeliers is 10 – 14 weeks.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 10 days of date order was placed.
Cancellations after 10 days will have a 15% cancellation fee – refunds are not available, only in-house credit. Deposits are non-transferable and non-refundable if any item is cancelled after 10 days.
Small Orders – small parcel items ship as soon as they are ready. This can result in multiple shipments. Shipping multiple shipments via UPS ensures that your freight charges will remain the same regardless of the number of shipments per order.
Large Items – Freight items are sent via commercial lines and do not include uncrating or inside delivery. Last minutes changes in shipping address may result in additional costs to you.
Payments are taken at the time of the order.
UPS: Items must be unpacked and inspected within 24-48 hours of receipt. If a damage occurs or item is defective, please keep all original packaging material and immediately contact firstname.lastname@example.org within that time frame.
Pictures of items, boxes, and packing material must be included when you email us. Damaged product must be returned before a replacement can be issued. Merchandise returned without a return authorization will not be accepted or credited.
FREIGHT: Customer is responsible for inspecting items for visible or concealed damage before signing the bill of lading. If a freight shipment arrives with any sign of damage, including crushed corners, torn stretch wrap, gouges on cardboard, etc. these may be signs of concealed damage and may require immediate spot-checking merchandise.
Please save all packaging material until further instructions from the freight company and notify Elle Kae Lighting immediately via info@ellekaelighting. Elle Kae Lighting and Luna Bella are not responsible for damages incurred via freight shipments but will assist in providing information needed to resolve a claim or damage. Merchandise returned without a return authorization will not be accepted or credited.
